Pairings for Creators

If you're managing a large community, and want a way to bring smaller groups of people together so they can build deeper connections, Pairings can help you do that.

The Problem

Managing a large community can be tough. The more it grows, the less it feels like you know one another.

Big events are great, but 1) they can get expensive and costly to organize, 2) they don't offer much chance for deeper connections.

With smaller events of around 5 people, everyone can get to know each other on a deeper level. Over a longer period of time, these small events can play a crucial role in making people feel a stronger sense of community.

But organizing a lot of small events is not exactly easy either.

Pairings

The Pairings feature on Outvizor makes it easy to create these micro events for your community.

1. Create a Pairing - think of the Pairing as the general theme of your micro events. It can be as simple as your club or community name + "Pairings" or "Micro Events".
2. Share Your Pairing - share the Pairing link with your community. They can subscribe to stay updated when there's new Event Collections they can join.
3. Create Your Event Collection - Once you've created your Event Collection with some general settings, subscribers to your Pairing will be notified, and you can start collecting RSVPs for it.
4. Create your Events & Assign RSVPs - Your micro events will be a part of your Event Collection. You can quickly create your micro events and start assigning RSVPs to them (or you can let RSVPs select events on their own).
5. Publish Your Event Collection - Publishing your Event Collection notifies all your guests. If you assigned RSVPs to events, they will receive a separate email about the event they were assigned to.
