Bring your community closer with Pairings

Easily organize several small events for your community and help people get to know each other on a deeper level.

Managing a large community can be tough. The more it grows, the less it feels like everyone knows each other. Big events are great, but 1) they can get expensive and costly to organize, 2) they don't offer much chance for deeper connections. That's why with Pairings on Outvizor, you can easily create multiple, simultaneous small events that your community can attend.

Gallup research of 2.7 million workers found that members with a best friend at work are 7x more engaged and significantly more likely to stay.
Pairings helps your members actually connect in small groups instead of just lurking.

Our 6% Churn Reduction Assumption — The Math

Research shows members who form close friendships have ~40% lower churn (HR Exchange Network: 47% separation rate without friends vs. 28% with at least one friend). Here's how we calculate a conservative 6% overall reduction:

Conservative Scenario:

  • 50% of your community participates in Pairings events
  • 30% of participants form a stronger connection
  • Those with connections have 40% lower churn

Calculation: 50% × 30% = 15% form connections → 15% × 40% = 6% overall churn reduction

Note: Your results may vary. Higher participation or connection rates mean greater impact. Adjust the slider above to model scenarios based on your community's engagement levels.

How It Works

1. Create Your Pairing & Build Your Subscriber List

Set up the general theme for your micro events by creating a Pairing. Share the link with your community so they can subscribe to stay updated.

If you're hosting a one-off series, feel free to skip this step.

Custom Onboarding

Design your own onboarding form to collect member info — neighborhood, interests, gender, and more. This data powers smart event matching.

CSV Import

Import your existing subscriber list via CSV. Include names, emails, and location tags to organize your community from day one.

Organic Signups

Share your Pairing link and let community members subscribe themselves. They'll be notified of new event collections automatically.

Location Tags

Tag subscribers by neighborhood (e.g. "West Loop", "Northside") so they get matched to nearby events — not ones across town they won't attend.

2. Create Your Event Collection & Add Guests

Set up your Event Collection with general settings (date, time, area). Subscribers get notified and can RSVP, or you can import guests directly.

Create micro events and let our smart tools handle the logistics — auto-generate events from venue lists, auto-assign guests, and balance groups.
