Managing a large community can be tough. The more it grows, the less it feels like everyone knows each other. Big events are great, but 1) they can get expensive and costly to organize, 2) they don't offer much chance for deeper connections. That's why with Pairings on Outvizor, you can easily create multiple, simultaneous small events that your community can attend.
How It Works
- Create a Pairing - Set up the general theme for your micro events.
- Share Your Pairing - Share the Pairing link with your community. They can subscribe to stay updated when there's new Event Collections they can join.
- Create Your Event Collection - Once you've created your Event Collection with some general settings (like when and where), subscribers to your Pairing will be notified, and you can start collecting RSVPs before you create the individual micro events.
- Create your Events & Assign RSVPs - Your micro events will be a part of your Event Collection. You can quickly create your micro events and start assigning RSVPs to them (or you can let RSVPs select events on their own).
- Publish Your Event Collection - Publishing your Event Collection notifies all your guests. If you assigned RSVPs to events, they will receive a separate email about the event they were assigned to.
