Onboarding is a crucial piece for your IRL community. With Outvizor, you can create a seamless onboarding that conveys your community brand and values while getting the information you need.

First, make sure you add in your community logo to your account. This will display prominently during the onboarding. You can also customize the onboarding to match your brand color.

Next, select which modules you want to enable for your Onboarding. For example, you can select a Gender module, which requests their gender, or a Location module, which requests the member's location, or a Headshot module, which requires a profile picture. We provide default explanations but you can customize the explanation so that you can explain why you're requiring this information and how it will benefit your member's experience.

Finally, you can add an Onboarding step for each Tag Group that you have created. With Outvizor, you can tag your subscribers for easier segmentation later on.

For example, you can create a Tag Group called "Weekly Availability". Under that Tag Group, you could have each weekday listed. Then, when you enable that Tag Group in your Onboarding, you can add a question like "What days of the week are you free?", and your members can select accordingly, and our system will tag them once they complete your onboarding.

Once your Onboarding is set up, you can require it for certain events if needed.
